Mumbai: To mark the 50th golden jubilee of its establishment, the Shri Rani Sati Prachar Samiti, Malad (East), is organizing a grand, 10-day Shri Shat Chandi Maha Yagya at Yagya Vatika, Malad East, from September 22nd to October 1st.
Industrialist and social activist Dr. Anil Kashi Murarka inaugurated the pandal at 9:30 pm on September 20th. He stated that this event is not only a religious ritual but also a celebration of our spiritual traditions, cultural heritage, and commitment to social service. Vijay Poddar and his wife, Ritu Poddar, attended the inauguration ceremony as chief hosts. Committee President Kusum Maheshwari stated that devotees from across Mumbai will participate. Vedic chanting, havans, Durga Saptashati recitations, discourses, and bhajans will be held daily from morning to evening.
